 E-COMMERCE MANAGER (NOC 0124)

Job Summary

Due to industry growth and consumer demand, Feral Peril has launched a B2C online retail shop. We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time E-Commerce Manager to join our team and manage all e-commerce marketing, transactions, and SEO.


Job Duties

  • Analyzing data, especially sales data, web analytics data, to build business cases and define strategic approaches to business development.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the company and marketing department.
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring sales, editorial, web development, and marketing teams are aligned to the brand strategy and business requirements.
  • Establish a strong and trusted relationship with customers and meet with them in order to define, articulate and align on business needs.
  • Providing data and understanding to control project scope, ensuring timely deliverables, and managing project risks and issues.
  • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
  • Work closely with Sales team to develop and enhance client strategies.
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all business programs and activities.
  • Help to drive continual improvement to Feral Peril web experience and new product initiatives.

Job Requirements:

·         At least a university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field

·         At least 3 years experience in sales, marketing or public relations or related area
