SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Performing all production functions and completing mould changes. The primary objectives are to
maximize machine operating time and maintain quality levels.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This includes the responsibilities and duties of the job and should cover all performance areas.
Guidelines:
1. Responsible for changing moulds and all downstream equipment to meet production schedules.
2. To identify and resolve any quality issues or machinery malfunctions. Also start up or shut down machinery.
3. To fine tune machines so as to improve production efficiencies and minimize cycle times.
4. Machine mould malfunctions -must decide how to correct the problem.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1- 5 years
Preferred: Technical knowledge and aptitude
SKILLS:
Required: Intense physical strength is required to change the moulds.
Preference will be given to
