process outsourcing solutions company. We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Consultant who is eager to join our
team. The position will oversee and be responsible for the recruitment
functions of the company.
We are a growing recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing
company that specializes in finding passive and hard to find candidates for
several professional fields. These fields include IT, Executive, Medical,
Finance, Logistics and Engineering. We are seeking a self-motivated person who
can both take ownership of carving out their own customer list as well as
finding top talent in the market.
The
ideal candidate will ideally have 4-6 years of direct recruiting experience. It
is an asset if you have previous exposure to multiple professional fields.
Job Description:
We are seeking a 360 Recruiter to handle new business development,
client relationship management, candidate research and recruitment, and order
fulfillment.

New business development
•
Identify current and prospective
staffing requirements
•
Prepare and post notices and job
advertisements on behalf of our clients
•
Advise applicants on employment
requirements and terms and conditions of employment
•
Screen and interview applicants on
behalf of our clients
•
Review candidate inventories and
contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
•
Coordinate testing and assessments
•
Communicate the results of
interview outcomes to candidates
•
Coordinate and attend training
seminars for candidates
•
Advise managers and employees on
staffing policies and procedures
•
Invoicing and collecting from
clients
Job requirements:
•
4-6 years of recruitment
experience is a must;
•
Ability to work with minimal
supervision;
•
Organized, detailed, with
excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•
A pro-active can-do attitude with
a ‘Get Things Finished’ mentality;
•
Sales Driven with the ability to
work well under pressure;
•
Have, or have access to a vehicle
for entire work schedule;
•
Ability to prioritize and
multitask;
•
Ability to hit targets and
understand KPI’s;
•
Ability to take directions in a
positive manner.
Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent – 40 hours a
week

Salary $35.00/hr

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
